TACC * Banquet Managers from 2 Delta Hotels (Missasauga Meadowvale and Toronto Chelsea) are preparing feasible proposals for the D&D based on the following:
D&D Date: August 17, 2013 No. of Attendees: Approximately 150 members
No. of Room Accom.: 50 or so I was told shuttles may be arranged
for Niagara and winery trips
as well for hotel guests at a discounted price. Conversely, information will be shared to all as they're obtained and evaluated
in keeping with the Organization's transparency perspective. * On hand are several more prospective venues the Officers
will be tasking on to eventually trim down to 6 runner ups, to the penultimate 3, and to the final candidate that conforms
to our financial amiability. Future meetings will tackle this main issue which will consequently cement the event a venue
16-18 months prior to August 2013. I request the Core Group and Class 1973 members residing in Toronto for their assistance
in checking on the aforementioned hotels. Only you can provide us ample data because of your proximity to these facilities.
And the Officers and Alumni members can't thank you enough. A list of hotels will be disseminated to all Officers
to be scouted on for comparative analysis.
